How do I know which size fits my dog?
Measure your dog's back (from neck to tail) and chest, then compare with our size chart. We carry sizes 0 to 12. If in doubt, message us on WhatsApp with the breed and weight and we'll help you choose.
How much is shipping?
In Mexico City it's $60 and we deliver it ourselves (free on orders over $800). To the rest of Mexico it ships by courier from $150, free over $1,500. Enter your postal code at checkout and you'll see the exact cost before paying.
How long does delivery take?
In Mexico City, 1 to 3 days. To the rest of Mexico, 3 to 7 business days.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card, OXXO or bank transfer through Mercado Pago. You can also order via WhatsApp if you prefer to arrange payment with us.
Are the garments handmade?
Yes. Every Gua Gua Poncho is handmade in Mexico from "jerga", the traditional Mexican weave. That's why each piece has its own color combination and no two are exactly alike.
How do I wash my dog's poncho?
By hand, with cold water and mild soap. Don't use bleach or a dryer: "jerga" is durable but shrinks with heat. Dry it in the shade.
